Can not get Testimonials text font to change color

I can not change the “TESTIMONIALS” heading txt from black to white font color. I have tried using the “Simple Custom CSS plugin” after installing and activating the plugin. I went ahead to add the code below still it did not change the font color to white. I don’t know what to do anymore.

.widget_sydney_testimonials {
color: white !important;
}

}
