Call-to Action-button is fixated on the header

The button on the photo on the start page cannot be moved. This means that I am very limited in my choice of image. As i am not able to use CSS, i don’t know, what to do. On TJ Custom CSS is one page. A code for the footer is on it. And i dont know where to insert the recommended
