Buy now button

I don’t see any documentation for getting the buy it now button on the oposite side of the field group on my post?

Hello @ijared,

Generally button positions are fixed and can’t be changed using theme’s functionality.

Can you please send me a link to the page that illustrates your issue?

Also, can you please describe more details of your issue and your goal?

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

I am just aiming for the posts to look as they do in the demo.

I have installed a pagebuilder plugin, I don’t know if that matters at all.

My posts look like this.

I like my button that I use in the second link however as I mentioned my aim is for the posts to look as they do in the theme.

Thanks again for your assistance.

Hi @ijared,

Thank you for the details.

Did you install “Custom Field Suite” plugin and imported one of three options as described in Documentation?

Also, please try to turn off pagebuilder plugin and use only theme’s functionality.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

I have removed the pagebuilder.

I only copied over the top portion of code from the page I go to when I click gaming review option. That is correct? From the link in your documentation for the theme?

Do I need the bottom portion of code?

Thanks again.

Hi @ijared,

You did it in the right way, you need only top portion (bottom portion of code is the same).

Did you figure out your button issue?

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

Have not figured out the button yet. Still does not appear on posts.

I am going to double check everything.

Hi Roman,

Can you direct me to where I would insert the affiliate link for the buy it now button?

Maybe that would help me figure out why it does not appear on my posts.

Dear Jared,

I figured out your issue. To create a button you just have to create a simple link, then go to Text mode of your editor and add “buy-button” class to that link.

For example, when you create a link “test link” that points to you will get this code in the Text mode of your editor:

<a href="">test link</a>

All you have to do to make it a button is to add “buy-button” class like this:
<a class=“buy-button” href=“”>test link</a>

You can place such button anywhere in your post.

I really hope that it will help you!
And feel free to ask any other questions you might have.

Best Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

I have a reply for you that will not post. I will try later.

Hi Roman,

Thank you for that update.

I am still trying to figure out how to make the button appear as it does in demo, both in the blogroll on the front page and on the post itself.

in my post the grid appears next to the featured image where the button is on your demo

I am having trouble getting my posts to publish here properly, not sure why.

Hello Jared,

The button functionality that you need is available in Product review mode (when you import this settings). Game review mode was designed without such button feature.

I hope that it will clarify this issue

Best Regards, Roman.

Yes it does, thank you for all your time and effort in helping understand this!

You are welcome Jared,

Please feel free to ask questions that you might have in future.

Best Regards, Roman.
