Buttons in nav bar

Hi guys,

Thank you for the amazing support!
I’ve tried to find a fix in the existing threads but can’t find anything that works.

I’d like to change one text link in the nav bar to a button. I’m pretty rubbish at CSS and despite many attempts, I can’t turn a text link into a button.

My site: www.origamiglobe.com
I’d like something like: http://collective.com.au/ (enquire now button)

Please can someone give me a hand?

Thank you!

Suki

Hi,

Use custom css code below to change contact us link to button, and adjust values to your needs. You can use this https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ plugin to apply the code

li#menu-item-2667 a {
    position: relative;
    top: -5px;
    padding: 5px;
    background-color: #ffcc00;
    border: 1px solid transparent;
    border-radius: 5px;
}
li#menu-item-2667 a:hover {
    background-color: transparent;
}

If you want to target some other button (this is for contact us - li#menu-item-2667), use chrome developer tools.
