On http://spiegelbilder.de the header-slider images do not appear anymore for at least some weeks.
Must have been some of the recent updates of sydney since i haven’t make any changes to the content for about a year.
Already tried re-enabling the theme and removing my custom css, unfortunately with no effect.
Same on my beta-site http://fosternet.de.
Is the slider itself broken?

Hi BR,
Have you check the header settings in Customizer and found something missing in there? Perhaps you’d need to switch temporarily to other header type, save, and switch back to header slider, and save.

Thank you Kharis, i should have tried that before asking as well.
I don’t know why an update of the theme resetted the slider settings or if a wordpress update somehow caused it.
I’m gonna look on my sites after each single update in the future.
