#mainnav ul li a{
font-weight : bolder;
}

But it definitly doesn’t work.
Can you help me please ?

Thank you,
Best regards,

Dear Jim,

The correct code should have been:

#mainnav ul li a{
   font-weight : bold;
}

Thank you for your answer but it doesn’t seem to work :-/ .

Dear Jim,

Could you please confirm if the group of CSS code where added that code is error free? Use this tool to check it.

Pleas share the link to your site, so I can take a closer look?

Kharis

Hello Kharis,

I just added your code in appearance > CSS personnalized not in a specific file.

I checked others code lines I added in CSS personnalized, apparently there is no mistake.

Yes sure : www.privens.com

Thank you !
Jim

Moreover, at the same time, can you tell me how can I capitalize the menu ?

Best regards,
Jim

Dear Jim,

By default, the boldest value is 600 which is specified in the body fonts option of customizer.

Source+Sans+Pro:400,400italic,600

You should add another bold level: 900.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Fonts > Body Fonts > enter the following into the “Font name/style/sets” input field:

Source+Sans+Pro:400,400italic,600,900

then save changes. Lastly, refresh your page.

To capitalize the menu, try adding the following CSS code:

#mainnav ul li a{
  text-transform: uppercase;
}

Jim
