Banners load very slow after update to new version

I’ve just checked the GTmetrix report that you mentioned above and it doesn’t seem to be a Sydney theme issue.

Please check the Waterfall Chart tab (make sure that you know how to read it first, here is the guide, it’s long, so this link should open at the timings section that explains request timings).

Did you try to contact your hosting provider regarding this?

hi,i’ve test with twenty theme:https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.orioritech.com/svZO31zT onload time is okay so seems is theme problem,i can remeber updated sydney last time
could u see which point cause this?

Receiving time still takes too long, accordingly to the report. Please try to deactivate all plugins except Sydney Toolbox and Elementor, and see if it helps.

btw:and i’ve active all plugins now for it’s working time for customers

1.another 2 sites on the same host is okay for onload time,just this site breaks,so seems it’s not host problem
2.it runs fine(onload time is okay) in another theme( Twenty Nineteen) while all plugin keep active on this site
3.i’ve test via sydney and sydney child theme,problem keeps,coud u analy which point cause this?or somehing i installed not compatible with new version theme?
4.i will send ticket to host later

We would be glad to fix the theme if it had a performance issue. But the latest version of Sydney theme works well on my localhost when I test it for loading speed. So it looks like this issue requires close inspection on your end, this goes beyond our support policy.
