Background menu-home page

Dear partner,

I’m writing you because I would like to set the background color of the menu in the home page.
Currently, once landed on the home, the background menu is empty and then, scrolling down, becomes gray.
Well, I would like that the background would be always gray.
Please have a look at the image in the link. As you can see, the menu, at the beginning is unreadable.

Please let me know the best way to proceed.

Thanks in advance

Add this custom CSS code into Customize > additional CSS

.site-header, .site-header.float-header {
    background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7);

You can adjust the 0.7 value from the code in above for the transparent background.

Hi Awan,

thanks for your suggestion. The item has been partially solved.

Indeed, now inserting the code , landing in the home the background menu is ok. But scrolling down the backgronund header is too empty.

Is it possibile to leave the header background as it is now over the header image in the menu and return in the previous situation (image in the link when scrolling down ?.

Thanks in advance

Did you mean that you want a solid background color instead of transparency color? if yes, then please use this code :

.site-header, .site-header.float-header {
    background-color: white;
