Background Image Shadowed

Hi Support,
I was wondering how do I disable background image shadowing in a Div, or Row? I like how the background image is moving as user scroll up and down, and I don’t think there’s a widget with this effect, however, the background image in “Row” is shadowed, how do I un-shadow the image?

many thanks,

Walter

Hi,

can you share the URL of your site here and tell me which shadow you are asking about.
I have a background in my row but there is no shadow in it.

Awan

Hi Awan,
Thanks for supporting this case, the url is www.liyaplastics.com, when you scroll down and see a pic of colorful resins that’s shadowed, that what I was referring to in the case.

Thank you,

Walter

I see… yes, there is overlay color for the row with image background, to remove it you can go to:
Edit page > Edit row > tick option “Disable row overlay” http://prntscr.com/e0ij35

Hey Awan,
I don’t see that option in my Edit Row -> “Disable Row OverLay”. Other ways, I can adjust the overlay, or, an update?

thank you

Walter

Hey Awan,
I updated Sydney, and ticked Enabled of “Disable Row overlay”, but the background image was still shadowed.

thank you,

Walter

Hi,

Do you have cache plugin installed? if yes, please try to clear cache.

Or you can try to remove the overlay using this CSS code:

.overlay {
    background-color: transparent;
}

Awan

Thank you Awan, that did the trick.
