Appointment Booking Plugin Shortcode Problem

Hi All. I have tried two different appointment booking plugins, installed at different times so there’s not conflict between these plugins. When I insert the shortcode for the booking calendar/form, no matter which plugin I’m using, what I get is a screenshot of my homepage. So, it’s either the theme or some other WP issue. Please see sample here: https://branchedna.com/appointments/
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Sharon

Hello Sharon,

You can try to activate a default theme (for example Twenty Seventeen), and see if it works as it should. That will indicate if it’s an Airi issue or not.

Kind Regards, Roman.

Hi Roman,

I just can’t risk switching themes right now; I launched on Monday. I did try one of the plugins in another site I have and it worked fine. I realize that it still could be a conflict with another plugin as opposed to a problem with the theme. I was hoping it might be some known problem that a snippet of code would fix, but I’ll try to narrow it down…in the middle of the night in case I break everything!

Thanks,
Sharon

Okay Sharon,

But please remember about importance of regular full site backups (files and database):

Hi Roman,

I do have regular backups scheduled, but the staging environment link is super useful. Thanks for sending that. I’ll tackle it in a week or two. In the meantime, old school manual scheduling for me!

Thanks again (I love the theme),
Sharon

Great, you are welcome Sharon!

By the way, it would be nice if you leave your feedback for Airi theme on WordPress.org (if you haven’t done it already, of course), here is a quick link
