Adding email to employee

Is there a way to add an email address (envelope) to the employee photo overlay (red square that opens over employee picture when mouseover)?

You can, but only if you’re willing to give up one of the other icons.

I don’t mind, we don’t need our google in that position. Can you explain how we would replace it with the envelope/email
