Adding a black outline to white font in the header area

Hi! Is it possible to add a black outline to the white font used in the site title, tagline and menu that are on the top of my site in the header area? Since the text in that area is on top of a picture, neither black or white font is very easy to read. I’m hoping I could have a white font with a black outline to make that important text on top of the page stand out more.

If it’s possible, how can I do it?

Thanks so much in advance!

To add a shadow to the header text slider, add this CSS code below to Customize > additional CSS

.text-slider .maintitle, .text-slider .subtitle {
    color: white;
    text-shadow: 2px 2px black;
