Add padding above and below images (but not main image/slider)

Hi there,

Thanks for the Sydney theme. It’s great!

I am trying to add a little padding above/below the normal images so that there is just a bit more breathing space before the text.

Website is https://www.nataliesarmeniankitchen.co.uk

Example page with images is:

I am using Simple Custom CSS plugin to add additional styling.

I did find a topic about adding padding to your images but this also affected the main slider image on the home page (which I don’t want to change).

Please can you advise how to add padding just to the standard images in the page without affecting the main slider?

Thanks!

Hello there,

If I understand your point correctly, you would use the following CSS code:

.entry-content img {
  padding-top: 30px;
  padding-bottom: 30px;
}

Just for information, if you’re running WordPress 4.7 or above, you don’t need to install any custom CSS code, as it has built-in additional CSS in the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
