Add a transparent background to slider heading & subheading - Sydney

I wish to have my website slider heading and subheading with a transparent background like this site’s heading at the top with their menu and logo
https://www.bosrealty.com.au/

This is mine - http://mjborgrealty.com.au/

because i want the heading and sub heading to be separated from the slider images, as on the slider i will have some photos that will make the heading and sub heading hard to see, so with the transparent background it will be visible fine with any photos that i put into the slider.
Please assist me

thanks kind regards JJ

Hi,

You can add a semi-transparent background to your slider heading with this Custom CSS:

.slide-inner {
    background: rgba(15,15,15,0.5) !important;
}

Please add the above CSS to your Child Theme’s style.css or in case you haven’t setup a Child Theme already, then you can also add the CSS to wp-admin -> Appearance -> Customizer -> Additional CSS so you won’t loose the changes after Theme or WordPress updates.

Please let me know how it works.

Best Regards,
Csaba
