Add a Comment box on a page

Hello,
I’m using your the amazing Perth theme. Everything works very good.
My site is : mikhailevskiy.com

But I have a question.
I would like to add a comment box into one of my pages - http://mikhailevskiy.com/stages-2/stage-de-musique-orthodoxe-digor-mikhailevskiy/

I want to have a full background so I set my page as a front page (if i choose full width it looks not good). So, I activated comments (in settings and on the top), they work fine on normal pages and posts, but the box don’t appear on the page where I want.
Can you please help me ?
Thank you.
Waiting for your answer.

Hello there,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I thought it isn’t considered as an issue, because the front page template intentionally designed to behave that way; not like a regular page. No comment needed.

You’re still able to achieve your objective by modifying the current front page template file (perth/page-templates/page_front-page.php) in child theme mode.

Replicate the page_front-page.php file to your child theme. So, you would have perth-child/page-templates/page_front-page.php. Then open it in your code editor application. To display comment, add the following code inside the loop (right after <?php the_content(); ?> line).

<?php
	if ( comments_open() || '0' != get_comments_number() ) :
		comments_template();
	endif;
?>

So, you would have something like the following.

I hope this reply helps
