Accidentally reset settings now page is all messed up

I’m having issues with Sydney. I accidentally reset some of the default themes and now I’m not sure how to get rid of all that white space and the “Home” and “LEave a Reply” sections. The content that is dark should be spread throughout the entire page. I made it with elementor and am not able to restore it to the way I created.
