After some customising and removing of categories such as ‘testimonials’ I have ended up without the line that should be above ‘about us’ to split the widgets. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

I must sincerely apologise, I meant to write ’ Contact Us ’ at the very bottom. You can see the break is missing still.
Oh I see, looks like you put the contact section together with the service section?
to add the line above the contact use section, you can put the css code below using custom css plugin or in your child theme:
